Ashley is kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. From my first appointment, I felt safe, respected, and well cared for. She explains everything clearly and never rushes. She took the time to understand my hair removal goals, offered a patch test up front, and worked with me to build a treatment plan that fit my needs, budget, and schedule. Ashley also checks in consistently during appointments to make sure I’m doing okay.

The space is always clean, and Ashley follows excellent hygiene practices — changing gloves, sanitizing surfaces, using fresh table coverings, and so on. She adjusts the treatment based on how my hair and skin respond, which makes the process feel thoughtful and well-tailored. The treatment room is calming, and she’s great at reading the room — whether that means chatting, playing music, or just letting things be quiet.

What really stands out is how kind and thoughtful both Ashley and Thizbe are. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into making the experience feel comfortable and welcoming for everyone. As someone who’s a bit shy and was nervous going in, I’ve really appreciated how gentle and supportive Ashley is. I highly recommend them."
